Prototype stage
We usually deliver 2 complete electronic units as part of prototype development. Design and development of a hardware prototype can take from 2 months to a year depending greatly on the complexity of the device.
If we are asked to implement functionality also, we use devboards to speed up the firmware development process. The hardware and firmware design can go in parallel.
In the end we integrate the device with all other components (firmware and software) and test the complete system to see if all deliverables have been addressed and requirements met.
PCB is manufactured in our partner companies. We have a few local to choose from or use the best European or Asian manufacturers.
PCB prototype population is done either manually or is fully automated. That depends on the project type. The prototypes PCB population takes from a couple of days to 3 weeks.
Batch production
It does not matter if your required batch size is small. We can do it if your market demands it.
Batch production time varies depending on the product type and batch size. We use the skills of our partner companies to assemble the electronic units.
Products vary extremely thus each product production has to be discussed individually.
