Quality assurance during production
After the schematics and PCB design and verification stage the prototypes are produced. The prototypes are tested and revised and the product is prepared for production. The production process is the one, which quality control is mostly carried out outside our company.
Components and suppliers selection
One of the quality assurance elements in production process is component and suppliers selection. We rely on specific components manufacturers and suppliers, which we choose based on experience and reputation.
PCB production and population
There are a couple of PCB manufacturers in our area. We have selected few, which specialise in all kinds of assembly from hand to a fully automated process. We rely on their experience and quality assurance procedures. Sophisticated boards are manufactured in companies, which ensure high quality for complicated design with very narrow tracks, multi-layer design and high clearness.
